AK Connection hosts community Chuseok with local makers market

A Chuseok Festival to showcase the community’s entrepreneurs, artists and craftspeople will be held September 26 in Minneapolis.

The free event is hosted by AK Connection, an organization by and about Korean adoptees in the Minneapolis-St. Paul area. The event will focus on celebrating Korean heritage, supporting local makers and entrepreneurs, and building meaningful connections.

The public event will be held at East Side Neighborhood Services in Minneapolis. The get-together will be held from 4 to 10 p.m. and will include a market, activities and community programming, performances at 8 p.m., and a reception at 9 p.m.
