A free live online event about banchan, the essential side dishes of Korean cuisine, will be held Thursday, June 4, at 6 p.m. EST (5 p.m. CST), sponsored by the Korea Society of New York.
Shin Kim, a chef and culinary entrepreneur, will explore the many types of banchan and share some of her recipes that can be easily prepared at home.
